Parenting support

When you want to talk with a professional about a specific question you as a parent have. Or when you want to talk about the difficulties you experience and want to get some feedback. We can have a conversation where you can talk to me about your thoughts and the difficulties you’re experiencing. From my experience, I’ll give you my professional reflections, which can help you to get new insights. This can be one conversation or a couple of conversations. When more is needed we’ll decide together how you can get the best fitting help.

Working with the whole family

When there are difficulties in the communication and interaction between family members it is good to work together towards a better balance in your family. I have a systemic approach, which means I view the problems of an individual in relation to the different contexts in a person's life.

Family can be both a great source of support for people but also a source of distress, misunderstanding and pain. With my approach, I try to enable all family members to support each other. This is important to cope as a family with difficulties within or outside your family.
